My honest opinion about a recent online order
If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff.If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. I like when they mention whether the fabric has stretch or not, that detail matters a lot. Loose hinges make the glasses slide down the nose again and again. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier.
